- PGY-1 Self Preparedness Surveys
This survey will be administered to incoming PGY-1 residents in September and again in June to assess the impact of START on anesthesia learning, self-assessed preparedness to begin anesthesia residency, and resident wellbeing. - Monthly Assessment Surveys
These monthly surveys will give the residents opportunities to provide feedback on each monthly learning module. - Monthly Podcast Surveys
These monthly surveys will give the residents opportunities to provide feedback on each monthly podcast.
